It is one of the largest and earliest companies in China dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of disposable self-heating products. Our core products cover a full range of emerging personal care items, including body warmers, foot warmers, knee warmers, neck & shoulder pads, waist warmers, hand warmers, hand warmer bags, steam eye masks, self-heating moxibustion patches, etc. Guided by the mission of developing China's warmer patch industry and revitalizing national industries, we strive to build a premium national brand, establish China's most advanced R&D and manufacturing base for self-heating products, and tailor products for consumers.
Development Milestones
- 2006: Began R&D on self-heating products, becoming one of China's earliest enterprises in this field.
- 2009: Spun off from the parent business and was officially established as Qingdao Anlone BioTechnology Co., Ltd.
- 2010: Developed China's first three-row automatic warmer patch machine, laying the foundation for large-scale production.
- 2012: Successfully invented 3-layer and 4-layer breathable composite materials, bringing domestic warmer patch performance up to international standards.
- 2014: Invited by the China National Standardization Administration as a key drafter of the national warmer patch industry standard.
- 2017: Built a new 30-mu factory (6,000sqm workshop) with a daily production capacity of 1.2 million units.
- 2018: Certified by ISO 9001 & obtained the National AAA-level Standardized Good Conduct Enterprise certification.
